Interchange and the Interchange Board

Interchange is a Not-for Profit community organisation specialising in disability services. Since 1991, Interchange has been a proud pioneer of customised, flexible planning and services for West Australians with a disability across the greater Perth metro area. Over the past 5 years we have diversified our services, doubled in size and built a sustainable base for an exciting future.

Our vision is for welcoming communities that value, respect and empower people with disability.

Our mission is to help people with a disability to live a good life.

At Interchange, we believe that Everyone Belongs.

From humble beginnings, Interchange has grown into a leading, professional and values- driven organisation providing a broad range of in-home and community-based support for more than 400 people with a disability across the Perth Metropolitan area. We have 280 staff and provide $20 million in annual services funded through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

This is an excellent opportunity to share your clinical experience and insight to help Interchange provide quality and safe services aligned to the needs of aspirations of the people and families we support.
