Frank’s story is an inspiring one he is one of Interchanges valued Support Workers. 

After spending over 50 years in the construction industry, Frank found new passion working for Interchange over the last 2.5 years. Frank decided to work at Interchange after careful research and was drawn to our organisational values. 

He also values Interchange’s commitment to ongoing improvement and admires the dedication of his colleagues who carry out many challenging tasks with great compassion.

Recently turning 70, Frank continues to live life to the fullest, enjoying a range of activities such as beach walks, swimming, kayaking and spending time with his loved ones. 

 Frank is a firm believer in passing on your skills and knowledge to others and he does this with our customers encouraging them to try new experiences, passing the wisdom that by trying different things leads to a good quality of life. 

 What sets Frank apart is his genuine desire to help others facing greater barriers and challenges. For him, the journey itself is the most important part, and he takes great satisfaction in being a witness to this.
