Sunsets & Kindness 

Starting off with a temporary role at Interchange, Jade’s job has quickly turned into a permanent position, and she has now worked in the office supporting the administration and Plan Management team for over two years. 

Her passion is evident in her behind-the-scenes role, ensuring the smooth flow of administrative tasks, all aimed at helping people with disability live fulfilling lives. Jade enjoys knowing that she is doing something that adds value to someone’s life. She really enjoys meeting the people she supports, when they come into the office, and she says her work team is also simply amazing. 

I find inspiration in nature and sunsets but also seeing people be kind and uplifting to others.

Her sister, (also an Interchanger), her son and her parents are the people she can always count on to have her back. 

We love Jade’s life motto, which is: “Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter, and those who matter don’t mind.” 

When she’s not busy working at Interchange, Jade cherishes her outdoor adventures with her eight-year-old son. They explore new camping grounds, she takes him to play footy, but Jade also loves winding down with cozy movie nights.
