Interchange is an organisation that believes strongly in inclusion, employment and independent living. My son Christopher is also excited to go out and do different activities with his support worker. I am proud to say, thanks to Interchange, Chris now has his own gardening business and thrives with it. I would highly recommend Interchange to any age and guarantee you will be happy.
