The official merger between Interchange and Diversity South has been successfully completed, with all the necessary documents signed. This marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter as we unite our forces.  

Being a combined team, we will have an excellent opportunity to leverage the skills, breadth of services and geographical reach of both organisations – in supporting people with disability to live a good life.

Interchange and Diversity South are both experienced, and values led not for profit organisations with a strong commitment to supporting people with disability and their families in their homes and Neighbourhoods across the Perth and Peel region. Both providers share similar values as well as having over 30 years of experience supporting and empowering people with disability to live the lives they choose.
