Congratulations to the winner of the Excellence in Supporting Employment Outcomes Award, Kylie Blakemore.

After eight frustrating years struggling to find work, Jordan says he has finally found his dream job with the support of Kylie and the team at Interchange WA. Following a person-centred approach, Kylie worked with Jordan to identify his interests and passions as well as dislikes, to maximise Jordan’s employment opportunities. Last year Jordan started his own microbusiness offering cleaning and garden services to his local community. Congratulations, Kylie & Jordan!
