My parents are my biggest inspiration and very important to me. If not for them, I would not be the person I am today. They taught me to always be the best version of myself.
Our 26-year-old support star Euralie has been working as a disability Support Worker for 6 years! She is also studying psychology and working towards becoming a clinical psychologist – in the meantime, she was looking for a fulfilling, people-based role and she found what she was looking for at Interchange.
In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis and even competes in tournaments! Her favourite place to be is at the beach in Scarborough, watching the sunset.
Eurlalie’s life motto: Always put in 110% in everything you do. That way you’ll never wonder ‘what if’?
Putting a smile on the faces of the people she supports is something that motivates her and makes her enjoy what she does. She loves caring for people who might need assistance with their daily tasks. Helping people achieve daily routines and goals is what made her realise the disability sector is the right place for her to be in.
Her message to others about people with disability is:
Though people with disability may look or act differently, they are just as human as the rest of us. We all have differences – no one is perfect.
Working at Interchange gives her the feeling of being part of a family that looks out for each other.
That is also why Belonging is the most important value to me. Everyone at Interchange is part of a family. Customers and the teams. Everyone Belongs.
Thank you, Euralie. We think you are awesome!
Our awesome staff bring passion and commitment to their vital roles. We think they are amazing – but the best feedback is always the one coming directly from you.
