What an inspiring life motto, to start off this story about the AWESOME, fun and lovely support team member Evangeline Nath from our Osborne Park Neighbourhood. She was nominated for her outstanding customer support and being extra flexible at work. Her positive attitude stands out as well as her caring nature and patience.

Some people experience great hardship in life but find a way to overcome challenges. They make the best of their situation and smile.

That’s what Evangeline finds inspiring and something she truly enjoys about supporting and empowering people with disability. She describes her position in the disability sector as a very rewarding job and something she would not want to miss.

Having been part of her so called ‘happy workplace’ at Interchange for over two and a half years, she has grown into her role deeply. Evangeline always enhances how important it is to enjoy every minute with the people we support, as they need nothing more than a big heart and true compassion.

Evangeline’s children are her upmost inspiration, and she adores her family. If she is not spending her free time with them, she can be found at the beach, sipping a cool and fruity drink.
