Meet our awesome Maddington Neighbourhood Team Leader – Kirrily.

Her positive outlook on life is infectious and her enthusiasm for the people we support, their families and her team is on show every day. This makes her an extremely valued member of our Interchange community.

To say Kirrily loves what she does is an understatement. Her passion for supporting people to live their best lives, shows in everything she does. In her role as a Team Leader, Kirrily provides leadership across her Neighbourhood, ensures quality services and gives support and opportunities for development to her team. Her focus is on building a great culture across her team and leading by example. She values individuality and wants her team and customers to feel that they can be their true selves. Kirrily’s life motto is simple:

“Be honest and open, work to high standards and enjoy what you do.”

Kirrily has been with Interchange for the past eight years and has performed a few different roles. She has learned about day-to-day support, coordinating workers and now she is leading her own team. She loves having a banter with her Support Workers and is a true champion for them. With Kirrily’s aid they are encouraged daily to be their best self and support our customers to achieve their goals and to enjoy life to the fullest.
