There is an old Jewish saying: The Sabbath was made for man not man for the Sabbath. The same goes for technology. It can either improve and enrich our humanity or else disrupt and distance us from true community.
Teamwork is essential for any organisation. We can achieve more together as a team than we can as individuals working in isolation. The same is true of the disability sector as a whole, especially for a specialist provider like Interchange.
