Wendy has been with Diversity South/Interchange since 2019 and is an awesome Support Worker. 

When Wendy is not working in her role supporting people with disability to live a good life, she loves to immerse herself in books and enjoys watching science fiction TV series and movies. Her love for stories and imagination fuels her creativity and empathy in her role. 

Wendy finds immense joy in supporting people with disability. She is passionate about seeing customers achieve their goals and develop new skills.  

Supporting customers to reach their personal goals and improve their lives is what I enjoy most about working at Interchange.

Since joining Interchange, Wendy has seen her career progress and has embraced the opportunity to make a positive impact. She values honesty above all, believing that being accountable and transparent is crucial in her work.
