We regret to inform you that we will be closing our Support Coordination service on 8 September 2025. This very difficult decision was supported by our Board.   

Support Coordination funding under the NDIS has faced significant challenges over the past five years, with no increase in pricing. Unfunded wage increases and other inflationary costs have put our Support Coordination service at risk. The announcement that prices were once again not increased in the 2025/26 NDIS pricing has made us make the sad decision to close this service. We are no longer able to sustain the financial viability of a high-quality, person-centered service. All other NDIS services provided by Interchange will continue as normal.  

During this transition period, our priority remains to meet the needs of the people and families we support and connect them to a new trusted provider of their choosing to ensure a smooth transition plan is in place. We give our sincerest apologies and thanks to the people we have supported, and other NDIS providers we have partnered with through our Support Coordination service.
