Meet Craig, Our ITYA Nominee!

At Interchange, we take immense pride in recognizing and honouring outstanding individuals who are dedicated to personal service.

Today, we spotlight Craig, one of our remarkable ITYA nominees.

ITYA stands for “I Think You’re Awesome” – a staff initiative designed to acknowledge the hard work and exceptional service our team members provide to our customers and our organization.
And Craig, without a doubt, embodies everything this initiative represents.

Craig is one of our Support Workers, nominated by one of his peers. His unwavering commitment to caring for people we support is awe-inspiring.

Craig shares his perspective: “This is the first job in my life where I can genuinely say that I come to work every day knowing I am making a real difference. When I return home, the knowledge that I have positively impacted someone’s life fills me with a deep sense of purpose and satisfaction.”

Craig continues his passion to help people in his personal life. IN 2014 HIS exceptional efforts in volunteering have been recognized with an Australia Day Volunteering Award from the prestigious Perth Children’s Hospital and the Starlight Foundation.
