‘I love my Job’
Lee and his lovely wife Angie have five children between them, which means they are in for an adventure and quite a busy life, but they love it. Angie is always there for him and has his back, she is the one person – he can always count on.
Lee is a genuine family man who cherishes every moment with his loved ones. He enjoys competing in friendly pool games, embarking on fishing adventures, and exploring the world of cuisine by trying new, local restaurants.
One of Interchange’s core values is Respect – and Lee sees it being the most important value. To him, giving respect to those around you, appreciating them for their unique qualities and acknowledging their contributions makes the world a better place. It’s a value that Lee holds close to his heart, and it’s something that makes him a cherished part of our team.
In his five years as a Support Worker at Interchange, Lee has felt passionate about guiding customers towards greater independence in their homes and local communities. He finds immense joy in helping them reach their self-set goals. The highlight of his day? Knowing he’s made someone’s day better. That’s all the motivation he needs to be happy in his meaningful role.
Thank you, Lee – We Think You Are Awesome!
