Are you concerned? Say something now!
If you see something or have a concern about neglect or abuse, unethical, illegal, fraudulent or undesirable conduct please help by saying something.
Interchange’s Whistle Blower Policy is purposely written and designed for the customers and staff we support to ensure safe and ethical practices across all of Interchange and our community. It provides clear guidelines for all to follow in maintaining high safety standards and a positive working culture.
Customers and staff are encouraged to report any misconducts they witness or endure through our website using the form below or directly to their supervisor or the CEO. The whistle blower reporting process guarantees all reports are confidential, anonymous and without any negative reprisal to the person reporting the misconduct.
Misconduct that should be reported under the whistle blower policy include workplace bullying, violence, unauthorized restrictive practice, or violations of company policy. We strongly encourage staff and customers to speak up on anything they witness or endure.
All reports and complaints are promptly addressed and thoroughly investigated by Interchange. We also engage external professional organisations if severe misconduct or legal violations are found.
We believe in open communication and transparency, and our Whistle Blower Policy ensures and fosters a culture of accountability. If you wish to learn more, you can find more information on our Whistle Blower Policy HERE. Interchanges Whistle-blower Policy is periodically reviewed, with the latest update in May 2023.
We ensure you can report a concern without fear of intimidation, disadvantage or reprisal. We will treat your concerns confidentially and you can choose for your report to remain anonymous. You can call us on (08) 9329 9399, email hello@interchangewa.org.au. or fill out the form below.
If you have any concerns for your own safety, or for others, act now.
