Meet Rose, our awesome Employee Experience Business Partner.

Rose was born & bred in Perth and when she’s not handling employee experiences at Interchange, she likes to binge cringey Netflix shows, go for walks in nature and hang out with her Aussie Bulldog (Rose admits she’s a crazy dog mum. 🐶)

Rose spent time studying and interning in Jakarta while completing her degree, living like a local and working in a local recruitment agency. She’s been with Interchange since January 2022.

On why she chose to work in the Disability Sector:

We spend so much of our lives at work, so I want to be in a job where I know I am contributing to something more. I love working in the disability sector because I get to talk with people from all walks of life, hear and share stories with our employees and customers, and come to work every day knowing I am making a positive impact in the lives of people around me.

Individuality is Roses favourite value at Interchange.

Although I love all of our values, our value of individuality resonates with me the most. Every person around us is an individual and has their own qualities that they bring into the world. If we were all the same, the world would be boring! I love to promote the individual, quirky and fun things about people.
