Our wonderful Master Chef and Support Worker Debra, from our Mandurah Neighbourhood, has been part of the Interchange Team for two years and we wouldn’t want to have it any other way.

Be the best you can at whatever you do and let everyone be who they truly want to be.

Busselton is her favourite place to be. Whenever she is free, you will find her there – going on long walks. Another thing Debra truly loves doing is cooking. A nice meal and being creative in the kitchen is important to her and one way of showing how much she cares. The dearest to her heart is her beautiful family.

Having a child with a disability made Debra realise how rewarding it is to help people achieve their goals. Every milestone reached, every obstacle overcome – Debra loves supporting people with disability to live a good life.

Seeing the joy on someone’s face when they accomplish something on their own, or with a bit of help from us, is priceless.
