After years of isolation, Fran joined Interchange 18 months ago with two major goals – living a happier and healthier life and become part of her local community.
We have been working with Jordan and his family on his employment goals for many years. Many support workers have tried different things with Jordan, more or less successful, but no one was able to connect with him in the same way Kylie has.
Jordan has been with Interchange for ten years but finding meaningful work has not been easy - until Kylie came along. With the help of his positive and fun Support Worker, Jordan was able to achieve a life-changing goal - starting his own microbusiness.
Interchange's aim was to remove barriers and increase choices for people living with disability, helping people live a good life. Our organisation has now been a part of Joel’s journey for the past 13 years and it has been extraordinary.
Joel’s achievements, confidence, happiness and life has gone from strength to strength, and we could not be happier with his development and zest for life.
